What is .pepper..field
Pepperfield represents a unique combination of its own products and products from world-renowned brands from all over the world. It was born out of a love for Kampot pepper and, under the motto “Authentically Good,” is building a world of brands and products that are only just being discovered in Europe.

Lightweight fit egg liqueur with pepper
Ingredients
400 ml almond milk
200 ml rice cream
2 egg yolks
1 real vanilla bean
orange peel (don't forget to wash it)
a pinch of cinnamon
sweetener to taste (chicory / honey)
rum optional
white and Kampot pepper (to taste)
Instructions
1) Heat the milk, cream, vanilla, orange peel, and cinnamon to about 65–70 °C (do not boil).
2) Beat the egg yolks with the sweetener, pour in some of the hot mixture, and return everything to the pot.
3) Heat briefly again until slightly creamy consistency and remove from heat.

The Czech brand Pepper Field, known for Kampot pepper, has brought a gadget for cooking enthusiasts – an electric Grinder with interchangeable cartridges. In recent weeks, the electric Grinder has been appearing more and more often on social media and with influencers, grinding salt at one moment to process pepper or another ingredient the next. But who is behind this gadget for cooking enthusiasts? Behind the grinder itself, named FinaMill, is a married couple from the United States who spent many years developing the product to solve the problem of cross-contamination of flavors between different spices. And it was the pepper duo Klára Dohnalová and David Pavel, famous for Kampot pepper from Cambodia and the Pepper Field brand, who brought it to the Czech Republic.

They started seven years ago and have grown into the largest exporter of Kampot pepper in the world. The Czech fair trade project .pepper..field has proven that even a small peppercorn can change the world. At least in the Kampot region of Cambodia, from where this black gold is imported from local growers. Special limited editions of the brand are popular not only at Christmas. Recently, they created one with the company Lasvit, and its design even made its way to the UN."
